Very functional apartments, a very well-maintained and very pleasant pool, a residence outside the city center but accessible by bus.

Brilliant accommodation, just outside the centre of Pisa. Excellent staff on site, with good local knowledge of restaurants nearby. Easy bus into Pisa, then by train to places like Florence or Lucca. The pool and area was clean and lovely, with plenty of sunbeds. The onsite restaurant and bar weren't open the week we were there. We had 2 apartments, which was excellent for us as a family, affording space to rest and relax. kitchen was well set out, with the larger apartment having a private garden area to sit out in.

Clean and cozy place, small swimming pool for guests. Friendly staff. They do not offer breakfast service, contrary to what is reported in the description here on Tripadvisor. I would revise the prices a little, high compared to the average and the offer. If we return to the area we will choose something that at the same price offers at least a minimum of breakfast.
