Far from the center. There's nothing in the area. Only hospital and apartments. Two restaurants (which have closed in the afternoon). The hotel is fine enough. But there is only breakfast restaurant in the hotel and nothing for dinner or evening, as set. The pool is on one side of the hotel and sun loungers on the other side. You have to pay 6€ per person for towels. There was a construction site right next to the pool. Not very relaxing. The bed is hard and pretty short. Aircon can only be controlled from the reception. Even if you put “don’t disturb” on the door, the staff goes in anyway. Breakfast is good and one can order, so it is made fresh. Wouldn't choose the hotel another time. I would probably also prefer to stay in Florence or Livorno instead and then drive to Pisa on a day trip.

Me and my partner had a fantastic stay here in Pisa! The hotel was peaceful, with a lovely quiet pool featuring jacuzzi loungers, massage jets, jacuzzi seats and was located like a rooftop pool. The hotel was nice and quiet we even had the pool all to ourselves. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, although it didn’t have a balcony, it was perfect for our weekend away! The staff were amazing, especially Francesco, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location was perfect too, just 10 minutes from Pisa centre, the train station, and close to the airport. Having a bar right outside the hotel was a great bonus and the staff at the bar were lovely. Hotel ordered taxis for us everyday and gave us a receipt to ensure we were in the correct one, it was very efficient. The value for money at this hotel is DEFINITELY worth it! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pisa. We’ll definitely be back!

Clean hotel, exceptional service from room cleaning team. Good breakfast options with vegan selection too (a fly was bothering us whilst having breakfast everyday though). Man at reception was rude. We got stuck at a shopping centre with no taxi back to hotel. I rang the hotel and the man said he can't help, was rude and eventually hung up on me. Not a good impression of people in Pisa on the first day. All other staff were friendly and helpful. We booked the junior suite which wasn't like a suite. It was big but it had stains on white furniture.
