Relais Valle Orientina

Weekend relaxing family, we used only the part of outdoor spa without the indoor Spa. Really suggestive and with water at 37 degrees, spotless and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, good food, fair prices. We will definitely be back!!!

The location is surrounded by greenery, away from stress and surrounded by trees, greenery and lots of silence. The structure is definitely a bit dated and needs some improvements but the staff is friendly and hospitable. The rooms are very simple, I was a bit disappointed but still they are quite clean. The spa is essential, nothing special but Natalia gives massages that bring you back into the world. However although small has sauna, steam room, emotional showers and relaxation area. Salt room and foot bath with the “doctor fish” are paid separately. The thermal part is nothing short of breathtaking, the pools are beautiful and alone are worth the trip and the entire experience. Basic breakfast, bare minimum almost total absence of typical local products. Good quality of sleep. Good dinner but also here, nothing special. There is a general lack of attention to detail which is really a shame because the structure has enormous but untapped potential. I took a package that also included the aperitif: we chose the drinks and they were served on the patio (in the heart of Tuscany I would have expected an aperitif that included a taste of the delicious products of Maremma, instead a banal saucer with packaged chips. What a shame!).

Perfect for a relaxing and wellness holiday. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.
