This hotel is large, quite modern, and functional, with free parking and a convenient location for those passing through. The strong points are a good sweet and savory breakfast, and the comfort of the bed and bathroom. The cleanliness is generally not top-notch, and the service depends on the person... functional for a night or two on a business trip, but I wouldn't spend my vacation here.

On the wall of the building there are 4 stars but unfortunately this is not the case: beyond the staff that I did not find particularly friendly, being a very subjective aspect I fly over. I dwell on the practical aspects: minimal room, bathroom with chipped toilet seat, bathtub used as a shower but without any safety, with high risk of slipping. If it was a 2 star I could turn a blind eye Only positive thing about the breakfast, abundant and varied buffet.

I went with my school on a three day trip, after the first night we then left to go to Siena. After we came back the maids had cleaned our room and took my perfume worth 120€, me and my friends looked all over the room and couldn´t find it. When I went to reception they told me they couldn´t do anything.
