Relais Il Trebbiolo

We booked on 7/3 for the following day, July 4th, for pool access and lunch; the lady on the phone told us the cost was 30.00 with pool and a sandwich; As soon as we arrived that same day, no one was there; it seemed uninhabited. After waiting 30 minutes and calling on the phone, a lady appeared, I presume the same one we had spoken to on the phone, and told us that the pool was unusable due to bad weather the previous day which had caused dirt (we are not aware of any storms on 7/3/26 in the area, but maybe who knows..) and made it necessary for a technician to intervene with substances that would have made it impossible to dive into the water, and she would not take responsibility for any skin problems. Furthermore, she informed us that “the sandwich had to be picked up before arriving, with a voucher that she had not mentioned on the phone…. It is a pity that this information had not been given to us on the phone the previous day, even though the lady claimed to have given all the information regarding the lunch to be picked up in a town before arriving. The lady did not warn us before we came, she did not call us; she says she did not have our phone number, she hadn't even asked for it..!! Service is not serious, not professional, nor even kind, terrible.

It is a spectacle in every way! I wanted to return at the beginning of June, but I apologize (despite phone contacts), I will not be able to! Certainly, however, the first weekend of September. Ah, and I apologize for the delay in the review! But you at Trebbiolo (I believe you remember me/us), perhaps you can understand me!

Paradise! One formidable place. You walk right out into nature. A bit dated, but everything was clean. Lovely swimming pool Had dinner with the pot and that was delicious! Also the wine! Hoteliers with a heart!
