Villa Il Crocicchio

Nothing can beat the personal touch and the amazing family treatment we got from Sonia and her family. We were upgraded to a spacious quiet and very clean room with private parking. We had dinner twice at their restaurant because the home made food was fabulous, in true Tuscan tradition. Breakfast was also good and the location great, close to Florence and Arezzo. Again all in all an unforgettable experience.

You can spend the whole day directly at the Villa - swimming pool, playground for kids, hammocks in the shadow to relax. Breakfast, light lunch, snacks, nice dinner in the garden are offered. Or you might use the Villa as a starting point to explore beautiful Tuscany - around 1 hour driving to Florence and 1.5 to Siena for days when you want to explore Renaissance and Medieval art or 1 hour driving to Chianti area to taste all the famous wines and enjoy beautiful Tuscany scenery. The Villa is managed by very friendly family who was taking care of us and giving many tips to explore the area. Couples, families with small kids and teenage kids - all the guests we saw were enjoying the stay.

An oasis of well-being, relaxation and serenity located in the heart of Tuscany (just 40 minutes from Florence!). The staff (Sonia, Simona, Angela) is very kind, competent and always smiling. The quality of the food is nothing short of superb (great Simona and Elia!). A regenerating holiday, I can not wait to go back!
