Villa Il Palagio-The Mall of T

Beautiful pool, magnificent landscape, great location, and friendly staff. But why this rating? The accommodation was not up to standard and the general lack of maintenance of the property justifies it. Upon our arrival, the stovetop was not working and we had to wait three days for it to be replaced. The bathroom window was not sealed and threatened to fall (3 days before being repaired). Added to this was a leak in the kitchen drain, which flooded the room in a few seconds. The bed in the master bedroom was of poor quality, the showerhead was also leaking, there was no electric coffee maker, kettle, or scissors in the kitchen, and the sofa was stained. Not worthy of 4-star accommodation, a shame.

What a beautiful location, just the driveway. Nice entrance, friendly staff and the rooms very spacious. Really a beautiful hotel with an even nicer pool. Breakfast is otherwise fine, too bad restaurant was not open, had to drive 12 km away for a 2nd location of the owner. A beautiful villa on top of a hill. Worth it, thankfully. We will definitely be back here.

The facility has been completely neglected. They maintain four-star prices, but the food and services (no cleaning) are really poor. A beautiful place but dirty, no quality for breakfast, the employees do what they can but they are clearly embarrassed. Awareness is necessary: either it gets fixed or they change jobs. It's unfortunate, but you cannot run a business on other people's savings!
