Location and hotel are very good. The owner is not really friendly; communication with him is virtually nonexistent. Service is very poor to nonexistent. Breakfast is limited and always the same. 1. Coffee is free, then it must be paid for. I have never experienced that in any hotel before. I would not book it again. The Tuscany itself is beautiful.

Very nice structure, in fabulous setting. Managed with professionalism and courtesy by manager Alessandro martelli and breakfast room staff. Cleanliness, tranquility and customer followed a lot and not left in isolation, not even at night...... definitely to be taken into account for stays in Tuscany...... Recommended.
