Excellent hotel; there is a small gym if you want to get a workout in, and if you want to play, there is a ping pong table next to the gym with paddles and balls. Under the hotel there is a restaurant/bar; we ate dinner there, the food was good but the prices were a bit high. The hotel is located right in the center of San Gimignano. Clean rooms with air conditioning. We will return.

the hotel is very comfortable located in a square right in the center of san gimignano. The rooms are perfect and clean, the prices are not high, in short, a hotel to recommend. But 'breakfast 12 euros seems excessive, in fact we had elsewhere. I would recommend raising the price of the room a little and reducing the price of breakfast.

Due to a delay with our flight we arrived quite late at the hotel. We received a very warm welcome and our host rang a nearby restaurant for us to ensure we would be able to have dinner despite the late hour. This was so much appreciated. The hotel is in a beautiful old building and our room was fabulous, overlooking the main square. Soundproofing is excellent as the weekly market was being set up in the morning but did not disturb us at all. The bed was large and very comfortable and extra pillows were available. The bathroom was well equipped. A nice breakfast was provided with good choices. There is an outdoor terrace which will be lovely in summer.
