Hotel Villa Denia

Very pleasant hotel… extremely clean. Very comfortable bedding. Very warm welcome, excellent breakfast, beach at the foot of the hotel with personal sunbeds. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful location, 20 meters from the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas available to the Hotel. Very nice and helpful staff, excellent cleaning, large rooms with balcony. Quiet location (from the rooms you can hear the sound of the sea) and quiet neighborhood, convenient to the center. we will be back!

We were guests for five nights at the Hotel Villa Dénia. The stay exceeded expectations, first of all due to the kindness and helpfulness of the owner Lucia and the staff. Very positive balance also in relation to: parking possibilities; location on the northern outskirts of San Vincenzo, quiet and very favorable for walks along the wild coast up to Marina di Castagneto Carducci; comfort and spaciousness of the bedroom and bathroom; cleaning; Excellent WiFi; Amazing breakfast with fresh, sweet and savory products. The hotel is an ideal starting point for explorations of the magnificent surrounding area along the Etruscan Coast.
