Villa Guarnaschelli

Premise: We went to this farmhouse, booking well in advance and making arrangements with the owner by phone, WhatsApp, and email. We are a family consisting of 2 adults and a child not even 5 years old. The lady tells me she has 2 solutions: a simple room for 110 euros where the child would have slept between the parents, and a superior one for 130... without emphasizing that the child would have slept in the middle here too, but taking it for granted that I understood because otherwise, we would have talked about a triple room. Ma'am, A. I am not in the business and B. there are 3 of us, I expect the second offer to be a room for 3. The fact is that the extra bed was not there, just as there were no towels for the child because they do not charge taxes for children. Okay, but option C??? And then, a little bit of flexibility? We didn't understand each other; perhaps we both took things for granted... you cannot suggest that I make the extra bed myself and still pay you 30 euros more. NO. Behavior not appropriate for the image one wants to project.

Where to spend moments of relaxation and be pampered.... Location, room accommodation, outdoor spaces and pool are wonderful, the lady who welcomed us and looked after us for the weekend was exquisite and very kind, breakfast was rich and delicious and to finish, the mixed cold cuts board with cheeses of their own production was the TOP. It was a pleasant discovery 😃

It is always a pleasure to return to Villa Guarnaschelli. The air is filled with tranquility and kindness. The pool is highly appreciated and the breakfast is excellent. Thank you and see you next time.
