Reading some negative reviews makes me laugh. Strategically located hotel with free parking. Rooms yes a bit old, but absolutely clean and warm. Staff very kind and attentive to every request, breakfast really great with fresh produce and waiters super nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel from 24 to 26 April 2026. Very dirty, neglected, scruffy, very poor breakfast. Experience not to be repeated. In Siena there are much better facilities with lower prices

Apparently there is no air-conditioning. it's 35 degrees outside. When I called the owner, he just says: 'and?' I feel scammed. This hotel ruined my whole trip. Avoid this place at all costs.. You will regret. if you book your stay here.
