Such rude and unhelpful receptionist - can’t be bothered to order a taxi for a solo hidden disability female traveller . Pathetic attitude. Not expecting this from Italy after travelling from Pisa

The hotel needs a complete renovation. Old. Poorly maintained, carpet everywhere. The window frames and the door of the room are poorly soundproofed. It is true that it costs little, but the 4 stars mislead customers.

Very kind staff that compensates for the poor quality of the hotel, which shows its age and needs a good refresh. Breakfast of poor quality.
