Doors do not lock from the inside of room. I felt unsafe. Showers plumbing did not work as water did not train and collected around my ancles. NO HEAT at night and NO AC. Dusty and Dirt and Stains...

This hotel is somewhat of a mixed bag. The best thing about it is the location, literally 2 minutes walking distance to the train station, with at least hourly trains to the heart of Florence only...

An super old hotel, the tab water was so red and yellow, toilet water was yellow, cannot challenge to take a shower. Doubt if they had ever check the pipes. The air conditioning was not working...
