We stayed two nights at the Residenza La Fenice and would happily return if we were to happen again in Massa. We particularly enjoyed the location, in the upper part of the old town, near a public parking lot; the breadth and brightness of the rooms and the bathroom; the excellent breakfast croissants, which are left on the door on request, along with bread and a little 'sliced meat, to complement the packaged products supplied. Wanting to point out also less positive aspects: the mattress did not seem the most comfortable; the kitchen equipment could be richer.

I spent only one night in early July at this property a few minutes walk from the beautiful historic center of Massa Marittima. The rooms have the names of the Tuscan provinces and we were in Arezzo. More than a room a real studio apartment also equipped with kitchenette. The stay was pleasant. The room was large, spotless, equipped with every optional, quiet, overlooking the garden and with a comfortable bed. On the critical side, I must say that I found the garden poorly maintained and also the breakfast to do in your room quite limiting. With green space and pool why not think of something different? The rooms are not few and the space is not lacking. Very good value for money.

One word: congratulations! We occupied 9 apartments, each more beautiful than the other. Great breakfast, even hot croissants at eight in the morning...
