Niccolò welcomes its guests so excellent, is available to meet the our requests. Cleanliness is excellent, over 5 stars. This year he made us stay in the apartment NESPOLO with a well-kept and private garden, also equipped with barbecue. We spent days in the pool surrounded by a postcard landscape, where silence speaks. Thanks for everything Niccolò.

Such a beautiful spot, nice clean rooms with all accessories and if we needed anything Niccolo was fast to provide. The building is very pretty, rooms have lots of space, pool is good size and the view is breathtaking. Lots of restaurants in the area, one can walk but with car it is more convenient. Niccolo also gave tips on restaurants and they were all good

We just finished our 5th stay and everything was once again very pleasant. We enjoyed the service, which is top notch and we also really enjoyed the company of the other guests who were all very nice and calm/friendly people. This place is well maintained by Nicclò and his staff. I usually enjoy the early morning with a cup of coffee in the garden, enjoying the spectacular view of the valley while I am watching the staff clean and prepare the pool - and I must say that they take great care to make sure that everything is in perfect condition for the guests. This year we also enjoyed trips to the many nice restaurants in the area, went for a “grill your own steak” arrangement in the local town, and we had a very nice trip to Siena. We really recommend this place - it’s just perfect, especially for couples or families with older kids.
