I like overall atmosphere in Viareggio. It is just 10 minutes train ride from airport and offers elegant and relaxing Italian lifestyle stroll along the beach summer vibe. hotel is nice, staff was smiling and helpful. Breakfast was perfect. Rooms new. Perfect value for and calm and completely new rooms

We stayed 1 week in half board. Very nice hotel, a stone's throw from the beach and attached to the city center. Breakfast is buffet style with a wide choice of sweet and savoury, dinner with excellent fresh and abundant daily products. The owner is welcoming and very helpful, for sure I will return and recommend it very willingly! Thank you Sergio for the hospitality!

I was with my family over Carnival weekend. The property is situated in a strategic place and the owner a helpful and kind person along with his lady who by the way is a good cook. Clean and well heated rooms. I hope to return soon.
