Been staying here for years. Perfectly located across from golden sandy beach in the heart of Viareggio. Very clean and fresh. Lovely staff especially in breakfast area! Lovely rooftop terrace with fab views. Very good value.

At the reception, we were greeted in a friendly manner in 3 languages (Italian, English, and German), which was very helpful for us. For a small additional charge, we received the parking ticket for the entire week there. The room itself was a bit older, but clean. In the middle of the season, it is clear that there is some mold in the bathroom grout – the rooms are, after all, constantly booked. The bathroom is relatively narrow, but sufficiently wide. I deducted the star for this. The breakfast is absolutely great - both in taste and in variety. The location is ideal - right on the beach and the promenade. Regarding the beach section and the loungers, I recommend comparing 2 or 3. The one we were recommended was by far the most expensive.

A nice hotel on the Viareggio seafront, with a good welcome and kind staff. Not far from the beach. The breakfast was good, but not very varied. The only negative note, the room was a bit dated. Price is average.
