Well-maintained property and welcoming staff. The room has a few minor issues due to its age, but overall it is a well-maintained and clean location. Splendid terraces equipped with sun loungers. Top location, right in front of the beach👍🏻

I sincerely thank all the hotel staff for the excellent welcome and availability. On vacation from July 31 to August 9, I found everything one could wish for to optimize a period of leisure and rest. Valeria Ricciardi from Salerno.

Beautiful Liberty-style structure from the late 1800s on the promenade of Viareggio. Well-organized and welcoming interior spaces, particularly noting the internal courtyard where breakfast is served, very refined, quiet, and well-kept. Our room was oceanfront with a small balcony, very spacious and equipped with every comfort. Small but essential bathroom. Excellent cleanliness. Very good and varied breakfast, both sweet and savory. Kindness and attention from all the staff. Beautiful vacation, we will definitely come back to visit you!
