Assisi Garden

The staff at the reception was kind during check-in/check-out. The only downside: I forgot a bag with groceries in the room. I just called and the cleaning staff reported that they did not find it. I do not trust the staff.

Let’s start by saying that the rooms are very dirty and dusty. The window curtains have holes, and the shutters do not work. The bed blankets were very light, and I also found insects both on the bed and in the bathroom; the bed tiles were almost broken, and the ceiling is falling apart. Shower with broken doors and full of hair and fur. Dirty sink, and they practically never change the towels. The food is edible (but not much) and the staff is inexperienced. The only good thing is the view.

Terrible hotel, undercooked food, and dirty rooms with broken beds; during breakfast, we found a worm in a croissant, really not recommended...
