Too essential and the value for money is not excellent, especially when compared to the adjacent hotel Il Cenacolo, which is clearly superior for a price difference of about 20 euros for our room. Together with Il Cenacolo, it is a beautiful property. Excellent breakfast available at Il Cenacolo. Room too essential but clean.

Rooms and common areas were well cleaned, spacious, and welcoming. 54 friends on pilgrimage in Assisi, all extremely satisfied with the location, the excellent dinner, and the abundant breakfast. A special thanks to the staff for their kindness and availability. We hope to return soon, it is worth it! I ❤️ Egypt!!

Breakfast was magnificent dinner less, very clean and tidy, staff gentile.le good rooms except for the beds. Because the blankets don't cover enough and the beds are hard as a brick, my final grade is 4 stars out of 5
