Castello di Petrata was an exceptional wedding venue. The staff were incredible and we cannot say enough good things about the owner; he went above and beyond in every which way. The attention to detail was so impressive and every guest felt comfortable and happy. The rooms were cleaned beautifully every day. As for the food and drink, every last thing was absolutely delicious and the chef was a star. The best food I'd eaten across my entire time in Italy was at my wedding, how special. Hard to put into words just how perfect everything was!!

Castello di Petrata was nothing short of an absolute dream. My girlfriend and I stayed there for two nights for my friend's wedding. The rooms were very comfortable and well-equipped. The wedding was both elegant and fun, and the view from the venue was to die for. We were served outstanding regional cuisine crafted expertly by their skilled chefs. I highly recommend the cooking class. And don't forget to purchase a few bottles of their flavorful olive oil, made from the olive trees that grow on site. All the staff were friendly and helpful. When I left behind a pair of prescription glasses, Simone went above and beyond to help get them back to me after I had already returned to the United States.

We visited the Castello di Petrata for a wedding. The grounds are beautiful and it's a great location to explore Assisi. Just 15 minutes by cab from the town. Peaceful and secluded!
