What do you ask of a B&B? That you sleep well, that the breakfast is good, that it is clean, that it is close to your main destination, that those who manage it are courteous. Here you will find all of this! In addition, you will find a new and well-kept structure and a beautiful pool surrounded by greenery!

A place we happened upon almost by chance, immersed in tranquility. Private pool, 5-star cleanliness, Stefania with unique kindness and hospitality, breakfast with homemade products, Monica thoughtful and attentive to everyone's tastes... In short, impeccable and highly recommended... We will see each other again soon, Thanks for everything, Milena&family

Beautiful experience, absolute relaxation two kilometers from the center of Assisi. Stefania is an excellent hostess, with excellent cleanliness, and this is always thanks to Stefania who, despite being alone, manages to optimize her time. In a 5-star hotel, I have never found the same level of cleanliness and within the time it takes for a walk. See you very soon.
