Hotel San Giacomo

bad experience. the structure was dirty and full of dust, with hair around that was not ours. the shower was tiny and uncomfortable, and the toilet did not work properly. in some rooms did not even get hot water. several lamps were broken, with exposed wires and risk of electric shock. there was a strong musty smell all over the room and we found insects practically everywhere. even the windows were broken, making the environment even more neglected and unsafe. the staff was grumpy and unhelpful in the face of reports. overall, a very disappointing stay that I would not recommend

The double booked is located on the side of a balcony with external access closed by a dated and dusty fixture. A small window at the top with under two sunbeds almost attached with adjacent a bathroom with shower without the shower tray a drain on the ground under the vase and the dated and dirty curtain above the vase. At the request to change rooms we were attacked by a female person present at the reception. We don’t talk about the person who accompanied us to the verification of the inconvenience !!! , an elderly man “seemed” very agitated in removing the dust from the internal window with a finger ..:: however, a friend of ours gave us his room located in the attic after a small corridor where a person barely passed and with 4 high steps to access it. The new room was actually an attic with two skylights with gratings...:: I've never seen anything like it!!!!

I really liked this hotel. I highly recommend. The family is very kind and welcoming. Very good breakfast, with everything you need to start your day.
