Hotel in an excellent location just inside the walls of Assisi. Strategic location both for the proximity to the pilgrim bus parking lots and to the main attractions inside the walls. A few minutes' walk from the Basilica of Saint Francis. Simple, tidy, and clean hotel. Courteous service. Very good breakfast (varied and abundant) and dinner. Perfect facility for a group of pilgrims.

We booked 2 days but, due to a flu from my daughter, we had to leave the facility after only 1 day. Leaving aside also the fact that there was zero tolerance towards a little girl, since we were charged for the missed night despite everything (but you know, before the God business everything is canceled,,,) , I had recommended the cleaning of the room carefully because my daughter suffers from a strong allergy to mites etc. , but just arrived in the room, right in the bathroom I found hair in the bidet and dust lint, hair and a dead spider on the ground ,,,, of course I reported but absurd! For breakfast, not as rich as in many other facilities and the cappuccino tasted of burnt. Only positive thing the optimal location practically city center! Not to be repeated

I returned for the umpteenth time with friends and as always we had a very good time. I really appreciated the changes made. The staff, especially Mrs Marica and Deborah always kind and helpful. I'll see you again very soon. Thank you.
