Booking made on April 14 through WhatsApp for 20 people, with written confirmation from the farm. Not a vague request, but a clear, accepted and confirmed reservation. The day before lunch, for simple scruples, I contacted the structure: I was told with incredible superficiality that there is no reservation in my name and that the restaurant is fully booked. When I call them, they candidly admit it was their mistake. A “mistake” that they pass on entirely to the customer, leaving 20 people — with an organized departure from Rome to Umbria — without any solution less than 24 hours before the event. Anyone with a minimum of experience knows that finding a place for such a large group at the last minute is virtually impossible. This is not just an oversight, but unacceptable and profoundly disrespectful management. Confirming a reservation and then denying it the day before, without proposing any alternative or really taking responsibility, is a behavior that puts customers in serious difficulty and completely ruins an organization planned for weeks. Absolutely not recommended. Total lack of professionalism, zero reliability.

Surrounded by greenery but close to the motorway exit of Fabro. Beautiful structure and really nice and welcoming. All the staff pamper you but in the most professional way possible. We had dinner two nights in a row in this place, eating meat of the highest level. Beautiful owner Giusy who on sight prepares the grilled dishes ordered. Vote 9 Also highly recommended the overnight stay in one of the apartments on the estate!

Very nice and welcoming structure. Great breakfast, we stopped for dinner and everything was great. The meat is spectacular. On Thursdays it is hamburheger night, very stuffed and excellent sandwiches. The owner is very kind and courteous. The staff was impeccable. I highly recommend it
