La Maesta

A beautiful property just outside Foligno in a 1400s farmhouse. We had the Angelica room, which was panoramic with floor-to-ceiling windows. The atmosphere and the food are excellent and truly farm-to-table; breakfast with homemade and local products (cakes, tarts, bread, jams and homemade yogurt, farm-to-table fruit juices, and fresh fruit in addition to all the savory options) does not make you miss international breakfasts at all. The two evenings we had dinner, we ate divinely, with the thrill of the "surprise" since it is a fixed menu in a truly evocative location under the illuminated porch. The only downside was the lack of window screens and the windows that did not open perfectly to enjoy the cool air, so we had to sleep with the air conditioning on, which is a bit of a shame, but we recognize the historic nature of the place and the desire and care taken to maintain the original parts as much as possible. Thank you Ledy and Sandro!

Beautiful farmhouse near Foligno, object of excellent renovation, which does not distort the style of an ancient country residence. We spent a couple of nights there in B&B treatment. The room was spacious, great bed linen and towels, topper in the bed for a superb sleep (also present the second memory foam pillow). Great breakfast with own products or local suppliers, homemade cakes. It did not happen to have dinner there, on the evening that we might have been interested they told us that the restaurant was closed, maybe they only open it when they have a certain number of presences.

Ancient residence located in the countryside with a beautiful swimming pool, spotless location, we enjoyed with excellent dinner. The room very nice , good breakfast , excellent cakes . The owners very nice as well as the staff girls. You feel at home, recommended!!!
