Castello Di Petroia Relais

An outstanding place with excellent staff members/service.

We stayed for three nights in the castle tower. Undoubtedly an impressive accommodation, an entire tower with a beautiful terrace on top. Unfortunately, however, it has several shortcomings; the air conditioning cannot cool the entire tower despite the two air conditioners being at maximum, and the bathroom downstairs is stifling. Furthermore, as indicated to the staff, there are continuous power surges that keep happening day and night with light bulbs that turn off or dim... Even turning off the air conditioning did not improve the situation; the hair dryer turned off several times while drying hair.... I think the breakfast could be a bit more extensive and the breakfast room is very hot. For the rest, the property is beautiful, the pool is pleasant

I participated in the astrology evening, with the Gubbio sotto le Stelle Group at the castle of Petroia, where historical notes hypothesize that Federico was born and lived there from Montefeltro. Fantastic location.... Immersed in a sea of stars, last night it really suited it. Welcome aperitif.... Then dinner served in the, let's say, inner courtyard of the castle, lights, candles, lamps took center stage at this event in this medieval setting evocative and its tower. Perfect service, dined well, good wine.,, many people both guests and others who arrived for the event.
