Imposing, welcoming, and quiet property. We stayed for 4 nights with breakfast and dinner, food and dishes were excellent and varied as far as dinner goes, to be reviewed as far as breakfast goes, as the croissants were not fresh and seemed left over from the morning before. I repeat: the dinners and the arrangement of the tables outside to enjoy the cool air were excellent, service staff in the various departments of the property were always very kind and helpful. Pain points: the cleanliness of the rooms and part of the property's premises, absolutely to be reviewed, also regarding the personal hygiene of the cleaning staff, who at least on one occasion performed their duties while emitting an unbearable smell of sweat, present in the hallway and in our room just tidied up, forcing us to open the window to air out the room, as the air was unbreathable and it made us gag....... For the rest, we must say that we will keep a pleasant memory of our stay at your property, and that, when the opportunity to visit Umbria arises again, we will certainly return, certain that some critical issues will surely be resolved! I stayed for 2 nights with my husband and my son in this dream hotel. As you arrive, you find yourself in front of a wonderful structure: a former 17th-century monastery. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet, and equipped with every comfort. The pool and the gym are beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. The staff is kind, professional, and attentive to every need. The restaurant is excellent. My husband and my son have celiac disease and at breakfast they found fresh pastries ready, as well as packaged products. Dinner on the terrace was romantic and with delicious products and every attention to gluten-free! It is located a few hundred meters from the center of Gubbio, a beautiful medieval village. Highly recommended!
