It’s a shame because the structure itself has potential but it was an inconvenience on all fronts. Inquiring from their website we chose this "farm" also for the culinary proposal except to discover once arrived that the restaurant was not operational, being in all respects a B & B... the property will reply that we had not booked any half board, but no one asked for lunches or dinners included, simply to be able to consume and pay for meals as in every farm... Also on the website we read that the rooms are, I quote “equipped with the best comforts, all expertly furnished”, in the photos you can see what are the conditions in which we found actually in the room... now, “poor art” is fine but to me these are not called comfort and clever furnishings. But we come to the second night spent in the structure, returning from a long day and with the desire, I think legitimate, to rest, we found a similar village festival with the cash register that shot music from a holiday village positioned a few steps from our window (which given the scorching heat of the room we had to open) organized by the same owner with friends and relatives, regardless of whether it could disturb the peace of its paying guests. We tried to call and write while being ignored... Worse still the reaction the next morning of the owner who, faced with a polite request for explanations, responded by attacking me verbally, raising his tone of voice and pointing his fists at the breakfast table justifying himself by saying that other guests joined the evening (I wonder, is it mandatory to join the party so as not to be disturbed?) and that it was our fault that we had not complained, I remember the calls and messages ignored, on our side we simply chose the way to communicate more "civilized" without being "busters" or risk unpleasant situations... I would add the rudeness in insinuating giggling that my partner's poor sleep could be traced to our revelry made in the room, by virtue of three bottles of wine and a couple of beers provided by him two days before, forgetting that we tried to contact him in the evening to ask to be able to rest... I join, even in the absence of photographic evidence, to the complaints contained in previous reviews both on Google and Tripadvisor of little cleaning and presence of various insects in the room, are today on antihistamines for the stings remedied during the nights.

Unfortunately I expected more from this location, instead I was disappointed...I'll start with the positive notes: the wonderful view and the availability and courtesy of the owner...then for the rest a room full of dust with cobwebs and a couple of dead spiders (I know we are in the countryside but more attention to cleaning) at 500 meters altitude we sweated at night, super hot room without air conditioning (in 2026 paying for a half-broken fan is not the best), poor breakfast, the rooms don't have a fridge and not even the possibility of cooking something yourself and since they don't provide catering it is really difficult both to eat and to have fresh water, given that \"the breakfast room is open until 10:00\" and after that nothing
