This hotel is a 4-star and charges as such, but in reality, it is a 3-star. Zero courtesy kit (I'm not saying body lotion, but at least cotton swabs...), no soap near the bidet, bidet (sorry, but it's right to use it without skimping 😂) too close to the tub (I won't go into details), broken outlet in the bathroom, breakfast also 3-star quality. For sweets, there were only chocolate croissants, plain croissants, and two cakes. Packaged jams. Stop. Too little for a 4-star. I don't know how those who praise this breakfast in other reviews do it; they have never seen a rich, high-quality breakfast. Positive notes: clean hotel, right in the center, trained and very kind staff. I would not return.

Good location in the middle of town, just off of the main street in Orvieto. Room was nice, nothing special but very functional. Breakfast was the best we had during our two week stay in Italy, and I would like to highlight how nice the breakfast room staff was. Front desk was also helpful, she called to restaurant to reserve a table for us, which turns out to be very helpful as that restaurant was turning away all walk-ins, to the point the owner locked the door. Good value for your money.

Hello, I had a very nice day for two nights checked out early and I needed to get a ride down to the train station which I took a taxi on my way to your hotel on Friday and it was 15 euro. I asked the front light desk to order me a taxi not a private car a taxi because €15 is what I expected to pay to take transportation down to the train station which is .9 miles they asked me if I would share a car. I said sure thinking I was going to split the 15 eu or maybe a little bit more. And the guy charged us €50 to drive .9 miles down which it was literally a very short distance. I cannot recommend this hotel because they have people at the hotel that are on a scam with drivers please please you have a very nice hotel they need to watch out. This is the first time I have ever been ripped off in Italy and I was totally ripped off.
