Logis Hotel Kursaal

We stayed a week.... what about... Everything perfect.... comfortable room with terrace on the lake.. great food varied from meat to fish... beautiful pool with lifeguard Luigi extremely available... nice staff and welcoming..Bruno attentive to every need..... Highly recommended x those who want a little 'relaxation.... Thanks to all guys!!!!!

A really friendly, clean, small hotel on the edge of Passignano. Approx 12-15 minute walk into the centre of the small town along pavements and then some lake side walking. The breakfast was simple but had something for everyone, bacon, eggs, meats/cheeses, fruits, yoghurts and pastries. We stayed from the 27th Sept - 4th October and apart from one very windy day the heated pool was open and a very reasonable temperature. There’s a lovely pizzeria to the left of the hotel about 5 min walk, although this is along a roadside without pavements but we went a few times and it was never a problem. The train station is about 25 minutes away by foot with direct trains to Perugia and Florence. We arrived early as we had been in Italy to celebrate our daughter’s wedding and needed to vacate the villa by 10 am. The staff were very accommodating and we were in our rooms just after 11 am. Excellent value for money. This hotel also has an adjacent campsite, again very clean and no noise. The whole place was exceptionally peaceful and right on the lakeside edge. It was out of season but there still appeared to be plenty of sun beds/ umbrellas even it it had been much busier. The hotel also has a restaurant for lunches and dinner with a regular menu and an additional smaller daily menu. We had dinner one night and it was plentiful and tasty. The bar area always appeared to be open, again, friendly staff and reasonable prices, 2 euros for a cappuccino, 5 euros for a very nice glass of wine.

We spent the entire summer enjoying day-use access to the pool area and jacuzzi at this wonderful hotel, and it was absolutely delightful, simply perfect. It made us feel like we were on holiday, even when we weren’t, and was a great way to relax, especially for my mum after a year of surgeries, all while enjoying stunning views of Lake Trasimeno. A huge thank you to the management and staff! They were incredibly kind and attentive, particularly to my mum, always making sure she was comfortable and providing constant care for all of us.The property is very well maintained, and beautifully surrounded by trees and flowers. It’s surrounded by tranquillity but also well equipped for families, with a water slide for the kids, plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas, and the peaceful ambience of the trees and lake. The aperitivi and food at the onsite restaurant were lovely too. I highly recommend this hotel for the management and staff’s warmth, kindness, and outstanding hospitality!
