I had already been with my family in December 2025 and returned with 8 friends. The place seemed even more beautiful to me because it was full of magnificent flowers, and the welcome from Sara and Laura was always warm and affectionate. The surroundings are beautiful.

My group of friends and I spent New Year’s Eve 2026 in this farm and the experience was overall very positive. Location: The property is immersed in the greenery of Umbria, a few minutes from Lake Trasimeno. The area is quiet and suitable for those seeking relaxation and contact with nature. The farm is large and well maintained. Accommodation: We were in 8 people and stayed in an independent building, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen and a spacious living room with kitchenette, where we also celebrated New Year's Eve. The rooms were clean, functional and well organized. Service: Sara and Laura were helpful and friendly since our arrival. We found everything we needed for breakfast and, during our stay, we were provided with the necessary to spend the holiday at its best. In conclusion, we highly recommend this property.

I stayed with my family in this beautiful farmhouse. Strengths of the structure: kindness, availability, sweetness and hospitality of Laura and Sara; very large rooms, tastefully decorated and spotless; breakfast of 10 and praise. Weaknesses: none. We will return with the summer to take advantage of the pool and maybe a nice horseback ride.
