We stayed for 2 nights over the long weekend of April 25th in a very nice, rustic-style apartment next to the pool. We didn't use the restaurant or the breakfast service, so I'll just talk about the place. We loved it, immersed in green countryside and a little misty because it was raining. The main body of the estate is an abbey, all very well kept. Very close to Città di Castello (must see) and also to Tuscany. We easily reached Assisi. Congratulations for the love and commitment you show in preserving such magical and unique places.

Nice and welcoming structure, very kind and helpful owner, as soon as we arrived the owner showed us the beautiful fireplace lit in the kitchen, the house was very warm, perfect for a family with a one year old girl, I hadn't brought the condiments to make the pasta for my daughter and the lady got everything for me, the house was fragrant and clean, we will definitely come back to visit her, highly recommended!

Nice structure and spacious rooms, but too many animals in the rooms and loud noises (iron doors and various tools) from the morning until 7am. My two daughters slept, one in the middle between me and my wife and the other in the bed in the room with us, after I practically exterminated a generation of bedbugs, 6 wasps and a few flies.
