Small and well-kept B&B, clean and comfortable. A stone's throw from the central area, despite already being in the center. Quiet area. Very courteous and super helpful owners. Highly recommended.

It's a lovely hotel. Nice, cozy, clean, with good quality , quality in bed linen and towels. Very well located. Where you feel at home and rest perfectly. Chiara, she's lovely will offer you and treat you wonderfully. Highly recommended.

Where do I start: Location was perfect, a few minutes from the City Centre, the shops the sights and the restaurants. Our room, No 40 was exceptional and had a wonderful terrace that had a superb view across the landscape of Perugia. It was a pleasure to come back and relax on the terrace each day. However what made our stay was Chiara who as a host was exceptional. She couldn't do enough for us. Every day she was there to help, guide and advise. Every day there were treats and water left in our room and the service we got was first class. It is a jewel in the crown in Perugia.
