Excellent stay - very clean, correct, friendly, helpful - located not far from city centre - breakfast buffet is a marvel

I stayed at the Relais dell’Olmo and I was truly satisfied. The structure is elegant, well-kept in every detail, and immediately conveys a pleasant sense of tranquility and relaxation. The spa is a real added value for those who wish to indulge in a few hours of wellness, while the pool is impeccable, clean, and perfect even for families. The breakfast is abundant and varied, with an excellent choice of both sweet and savory products, all of high quality. Next to the relais is also the Taverna dell’Olmo, where I had the pleasure of dining: excellent cuisine, well-presented dishes, and service that meets expectations. A special thanks goes to all the staff, always kind, smiling, professional, and helpful. The welcome is one of the strengths of the structure and makes guests feel truly at ease. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the center of Perugia. The only advice I would give concerns the visit to the historic center: since there are many ZTLs, it is advisable to leave the car in a parking lot like the one at Piazza Partigiani and reach the center using the escalators or the minimetro. It was truly a pleasant and relaxing experience. I will definitely return and I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a few days of tranquility in a beautiful, well-kept structure with excellent service.

Great hotel, at first sight the hotel is in the middle of an industrial zone.... but once inside you don't notice anything. everything was very good. Rooms: spacious and clean, breakfast : very extensive with many fresh products, nice pool and very friendly and helpful staff. Next to the hotel is an exquisite restaurant where we dined every evening during our 5-day stay. Overall an ideal hotel to explore the region.
