Tramonto su Assisi

Booked 1 week with Booking. Before leaving I receive an email to check in with an apartment we didn't choose, they apologize and change it, we arrive on site and we are given an apartment we didn't choose. It lacks deep cleaning, beds with wooden boards, it lacks a box spring and a mattress without even a mattress cover. Sheets remained for the whole week, never changed. Lack of mosquito nets considering it is a countryside place. The road to reach the place is unpaved with many potholes, even deep ones, and the climb to get to the apartments is very steep and uneven with deep ruts in the center. Television that doesn't receive TV channels and terrible Wi-Fi. At the back of the apartment, a small plastic table with 2 chairs, with no dividers between one apartment and the other, complete with dog poop that remained for the whole week and a battery thrown in the grass. There is no place to hang swimsuits and beach towels to dry. Breakfast with Mulino Bianco products. Pool with 5 umbrellas, practically not for everyone, and there is no shower, few sun loungers, and some are dilapidated. Access to the pool is not recommended for elderly people or those with disabilities due to the steep slope. On the terrace where breakfast is served, there are not enough tables. Nonexistent bar. Owners completely absent. Just think, for toilet paper you had to go to where breakfast was served in the morning, and then, after 10 AM, it was no longer possible to access it. The only nice thing is the view of Assisi. Property to avoid.

Great structure, cozy and immersed in the peace of the Umbrian hills. The two very kind ladies gave us 5 days of serenity. Even our dog, was super pampered! Thank you.

We stayed in this property for about 1 and a half months for work needs from February to mid-March 2024. Never seen anything like it. Gas leaks that prevented the heating from being turned on. Clogged taps that did not allow you to wash dishes and take a shower. Lastly we had to leave because the municipality of Collestrada turned off the water to the entire structure because the bills had not been paid for years. The rooms are full of ants. Unfortunately we couldn't leave because having paid in advance they didn't want to give us back the amount we owed. There is no manager present in the structure. There is only a certain Cinzia who does good and bad weather but it is not clear what role she has. If you are passing through Perugia avoid this establishment.
