New luxury room brand new and spacious. Family management, very kind. Breakfast with excellent homemade cakes. Great pizza.

We've been at the facility since Monday and we'll leave it tomorrow. It's not the first educational trip I've been on as a teacher. Experience to repeat, lots of courtesy, good food and cleanliness in the rooms. Strategic location for educational trips to be organized in Umbria.

Where do i start…. The pool was full of bugs and the water was green and tasted like barf!!! The hallways were something out a horror film and was dark! At breakfast there was nobody there apart from out family of 5. Small variety of food and the bread rolls and ceral tasted like pure blood and made me sick to my stomach! The room were haunted the showers were discusting the beds were creaking and uncomfortable and stains and sment like blood also the balcony was broken and coulnt not open the shutters and we had no natursl daylight!! TERRIBLE
