We were here from August 14 to 23. Excellent location, absolute tranquility and peace. Great for our beagle, who went on some nice walks in the greenery. Buffet breakfast with a wide selection of savory and sweet items, yogurt, and fruit. Ms. Donatella is always kind and helpful. We had dinner here on our last night; the menu was sophisticated and high-quality. We rented the apartment; they cleaned it every day and did a good job. The pool has a small attached bar with staff who provide towels as needed.

I do not recommend this property due to the rudeness and lack of professionalism we encountered in the staff; this caused us to waste time and ruined our vacation because we were forced to move to another property. Unfortunately, I had read other negative reviews regarding the courtesy but I had not given them any weight. As for the rooms, the apartment where we stayed for one night is dated, at the slightest movement the slats of the small beds in the loft come off, the bathroom needs to be renovated, the kitchenette was not equipped and we were forced to go out to eat even though we were tired from the trip. The only positive note is the garden and the pool, but it does not merit a stay at the property; there are many others that are far superior.
