I stayed at this residence. The convenient location , parking close always available also there is a nearby supermarket which is convenient. Breakfast should be served at the bar or use the coffee machine in the lobby. One flaw is the absence of gigino sockets in the bathroom mirror to be able to use a hairdryer or plate. For me, it's absurd. Cleanliness not excellent. It can be improved

Excellent residence, very kind and helpful staff in everything. We will definitely be back. Central to everything, also excellent with the bus, beautiful two-room apartment, very quiet place and lots of comforts, the card to enter the room is very convenient.

We decided to come to Terni as an alternative to Fiuggi. Comfortable, warm apartment equipped with everything including a closed underground garage. We will evaluate a new stay perhaps outside the Christmas period to better see the city and what the surroundings offer.
