I stayed with my boyfriend and we had a great time. The room was clean, the breakfast very good and with a lot of choice, the waitresses were also very helpful for my need for lactose intolerance.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Great breakfast and dinner. Dinner dishes cured and it was evident that the pasta was handmade. When I return to visit the Marmore Falls I will stay at this property again.

Outdated structure In the room oven temperature, I requested the reception to lower the temperatures in the room I was told to open the window (out the storm) Nightmarish kitchen Stay for three days half board At breakfast: I ask for an espresso I am told it is an extra to pay separately; I ask if it is possible to receive a cappuccino I am answered by the service person “help yourself For dinner: I ask for classic bread not unleavened I am told that only that is available (2 slices in half) In the evening I am served stewed chicken with spinach (ice) I asked if it was possible to receive chips (hot) because I did not like spinach I am asked to pay extra. Tonight I'll have only mozzarella ham and grilled vegetables; frozen mozzarella from the fridge and vegetables not grilled but covered with burnt breadcrumbs , raw ham from shame for an Umbrian city (salted rind) Never again....
