The exterior had disappointed me a bit, but once I went inside, my opinion changed radically. Welcoming lobby, kind staff. The room was very beautiful, large, and welcoming. Then the SPA was a gem, comfortable and welcoming, all topped off with an extra relaxing massage. The only regret was not being able to have dinner on the terrace by candlelight; unfortunately, everything was booked in advance and I had been warned when I booked. Anyway, I will return. The price with the Platinum offer is truly competitive for an all-inclusive experience.

I stayed one night at the Michelangelo hotel with my family for the Wine Love Festival in Terni. The young man at the reception was super kind and charming, welcoming us properly. The room was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was superb, the waitress was very kind, and when the pancakes were finished, she prepared them in 5 minutes. They pay attention to those with intolerances, providing vegan croissants and pastries... We had a really good time; I highly recommend the establishment.
