Very well located in relation to Assisi. A magnificent view of the Umbrian landscape and a beautiful terrace. However, a residence under construction, abandoned apartment blocks, pathways full of all kinds of waste, never swept or collected. And a swimming pool with an entrance fee: 5 euros per person for half a day. This is the first time in thirty years that we have done exchanges. We do not recommend it.

Residence under renovation so unfortunately noise and dust but in a strategic place in the countryside 5 km from Assisi that allowed us to visit the very beautiful surroundings such as Spello, Cascia, Rasiglia, Gubbio and Norcia. I thank the reception staff for the very kind and helpful welcome so I will be back.... but later on after renovation finished.😃

Residence under renovation! which explains our rather average opinion about the location and services but the very friendly welcome ...
