Vacation with family and friends: dinner based on appetizers, sliced steak, and Florentine steaks. Excellent food quality, EXCELLENT service (kudos to the waitress Maya), quiet and refined place in the middle of the hills and facing Assisi. Highly recommended. We will return. THANK YOU

We had dinner at this establishment with a view of the splendid fortress of Assisi and our rating is the highest possible. The place is enchanting, a contemporary restaurant/museum immersed in the greenery of Umbria. The food is cooked in a simple way but the combinations of ingredients (many of their own production) bring out the flavors to the maximum. The poached egg, the suckling pig in a crust, and the creamy ricotta and wild berries are recommended…. but the surprise was the side dish (which I generally never order)…. the crunchy salad with hazelnuts and raspberries is the best I have ever eaten. And to finish, a single malt whisky from the island of Islay. Very kind staff. Everything perfect. Highly recommended
