very well located and comfortable however: heating in the bathroom one hour in the morning one hour in the evening , do not miss the shower time because at 7 am in the morning there is no hot water. for breakfast sometimes no bread, sometimes no butter and absolutely at 8:15. very nice site but too much detail that rots the holidays. to avoid.

It was possible to book, then pay non-refundable but when we got to the gate, they cancelled our booking. We lost an hour and the money paid was blocked for a week. Embarrassing!

We only stayed here one night but we fell in love with the place. Historic building renovated with great taste. Antique furnishings. Spectacular view of the Assisi plain…. To be enjoyed especially at sunset. Comfortable, spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished rooms. Family welcome and abundant breakfast with homemade desserts. Great prices! Congratulations to Cristina and the staff who carry out this project!
