Viole Country Hotel

We stayed at this hotel for one night with a Smartbox gift box. The property is in a very convenient location for reaching Assisi and the other surrounding villages, in the tranquility of the Umbrian countryside. Hotel a bit dated in its furnishings, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast with homemade products (cakes and jams), and a very nice waiter !!!

We stayed for 3 nights, had dinner 2 evenings, and coming from a beach vacation, we really appreciated the relaxing landscape. The hotel was a pleasant discovery. It was suggested to us by acquaintances and I must say that we had a very good time. Clean environment, kind and friendly people. We felt at ease. Excellent dinner, super breakfast, quality of homemade products. Pool and hot tub area ideal for a break after visiting the extraordinary beauties of the area. Everything is okay.

We stayed only two nights as a group of 4...well-kept place..comfortable pool area with hot tub always available..small room without balconies (we probably booked late and so that was what was available)...we took advantage of the half-board..and here in my opinion there are some problems..Ferragosto dinner...45 euros per person with drinks included for a 5-year-old girl who eats pasta with tomato sauce and a breaded cutlet with fries..second night 35 each..without drinks included..basically 660 euros for 2 nights...too much for the place where it is...the owner is 'nice' but I am still waiting for the batteries for the safe...to be re-evaluated at a different time...
