Hotel Eden

A hotel with many architectural friezes, very beautiful to the eye. When you get there, seen from the outside it doesn't look like it, then you come in and say "wow!" Because it is very nice and cozy. It is true that it is not new, this must be said, but it has a large heated pool, both indoor and outdoor, hot tub with hot thermal water, the cave for Turkish bath (sauna) massages, mud, inhalations and aerosols .. the kitchen very varied. Me having food intolerances was a daily pain in the ass. They have always - and I always repeat - satisfied me. In my every request. The rooms have a small terrace to put in place... but, anyway, I looked out only to lay underwear and swimwear. Small inconveniences soon resolved, the kindness of the staff made the difference. I do not understand the complaints of other guests of the hotel, we had a great time. Great vacation. We also tipped the staff. Thanks to Mr. John and especially s God son James. See you soon!!!

I booked, but upon arrival we were moved to a different hotel always of the same managers, promising the same features. Absolutely false, room without air conditioning, no minibar, no safe. Old, uncared for, poor quality in services and food.

A step back in time to the 70s but unfortunately time seems to have stopped. The structure would be very nice but with the environments of a past luxury unfortunately. It lacks maintenance in every corner of the facility. Our room clean but barely sufficient. The pools and common areas nice but even here you notice the lack of maintenance care. Basic dining but good and sincere cuisine. Staff very helpful and considerate. We have been with a promotional price but at full price it would not be competitive.
