As soon as we arrived, the staff ordered our children, who were very quiet, to be quiet; the kitchen staff ordered the children not to look at their cell phones; the cook ordered my husband in front of everyone to wear another shirt, not a tank top; the lifeguard attacked my husband; we ran away because the children were afraid of the staff and all the kind guests. Director absolutely inhospitable and unwelcoming, surely because he is xenophobic and cold, ordering us for no reason not to bring the children. Night porters and 3 lifeguards who don't even look you in the face. Absolutely not recommended for those who want to be treated well and want to be in peace.

Staff very cold and not at all hospitable. Management ordered us not to bring the children anymore because they make noise........absolutely made up by people who don't know how to deal with people and who are, to say the least, xenophobic, cold, and inhospitable.
