2-night couple's stay on full board. Unfortunately, the overall experience was largely disappointing, especially in relation to the 4-star category claimed by the property. The basic cleanliness of the room and the linens were adequate, but the furnishings and details show heavy wear and lack of care: worn carpet, a faux leather headboard that is peeling, curtains and sheets with holes, and the absence of a luggage rack. The image presented to the guest is one of excessive cost-cutting: the amenity kit is reduced to a single dispenser (hands/body/hair) and there is a complete absence of slippers and bathrobes in the room. In a 4-star property with a spa, one would expect the spa kit to be included in the room, whereas here it is charged separately. The pools are large and pleasant due to the varying water depths and the hydromassage jets (even though there is really too much chlorine!!), and the late opening until 11:00 PM is also pleasant. However, the maintenance and general cleanliness need to be reviewed: there are obvious rust spots both inside and outside the pools, and the lounge chairs are often worn or frayed. The most critical point concerns the dining. The breakfast offers little savory choice and cloying, industrial pastries. Furthermore, I had to point out a glass stained with lipstick (from which I had already drunk): the waitress took it away without even apologizing or seeming surprised by the matter. The chairs in the breakfast room are visibly stained. As a person suffering from severe food allergies (reported both at the time of booking and upon arrival), I found the safety management to be completely inadequate. Buffet: To find appetizers/vegetables, you have to show up at opening time, since the dishes are not replenished. There are no allergen labels or descriptions of what one is eating; no one monitors the use of tongs at the buffet, which are swapped between dishes, creating constant risks of contamination. Allergens: The allergen chart on the paper menu contains significant errors (e.g., mollusks indicated in a vegetarian lasagna, or the milk allergen completely omitted in a pasta with spicy sauce, or even dishes that were completely free of them). Furthermore, when asked for clarification on a dish, the waitress addressed us with a flippant, irreverent, and unprofessional tone. This was also repeated with other tables (tables really too close to each other, especially the ones for 2... so much so that it feels like being at a single large table without any privacy). The most important thing, however, is the health of the guests, which cannot be managed with such superficiality!!! Reading that management usually responds by complaining that the customer did not report the problems at the facility, I would like to add that at the time of check-out, no staff member bothered to ask us how our stay went, and once we paid the bill, we were dismissed in a hurry and without a goodbye. It is evident that attention to the customer, completely absent in the face-to-face interaction at the facility, is only given when the critical issues are exposed publicly on these platforms. The very few positive notes mentioned (the location and the size of the tubs, hydromassages) do not compensate at all for such serious shortcomings. We will not return and do not recommend it.

Exceptional value for money.. The only weak point is the restaurant, tables too close together, considering that half the dining room was empty!! Table arrangement too close and too small (at least the ones for couples), you couldn't even talk without disturbing your neighbor!! For the rest, everything is excellent, from the cuisine to the service, I will gladly return!

Nice hotel located right before the ZTL, the room was very clean as was the bathroom, the pools were nice and in my opinion, the fact that they can be used until 11:00 PM is pleasant; having chosen full board, I also tried the cuisine, the appetizer buffet was varied and the first and second courses were quite good. The dining room staff is kind.
