Appartamenti Casetto

The apartment was clean, well furnished and well equipped. As the previous reviewer has said, it is about 50 minutes walk into Bardolino, although most of that is a pleasant walk along the lakeside. We had to pick up the keys at the agency there, but one of the staff drove us to the apartment. They didn't bother asking for a deposit to cover breakages. We did take our own sheets and towel - 9 euro each would have been a bit steep. I think this surcharge is common in this area. The apartment is set in large grounds and the swimming pool is huge. I think one would have been lucky to get an apartment with a lake view though. The only drawback is the remoteness. Since we did not have a hire car it was a 20 minute walk into the village of Cisano (where the bars, boat stop and bus stops are). It was worth walking the extra 10 minutes to the Lidl supermarket (much cheaper than the supermarket in the camp site at the bottom of the hill). If it had been a bit less remote I might have given it 5 stars (but then it might have not been so peaceful).

Very bog standard place. The travel agents is in bardolino centre about 1.6 miles away from the apartment. Which cost about 10 euros to get to. Make sure u take your own bed sheets and towels as they are mot included. They charge 9 euroa each for those. Also you will get charged 50 euros if the place is not clean when u leave. The pool was clean and empty most of time which was nice. You have to use your own sun beds that are found on your balcony so no need for the early morning rush to get sun bed which was nice. There is a hob (no oven or toaster) and lots of kitchen utinsels so good for self catering/familys. The rooms are standard but no air conditioning. The place is secure with keys gates. However very hard to get taxis so had to walk into bardolino most days. We did however get a view of the lake from our apartment.
